Camping 2017 - Stone Mountain

5 years! We’ve been camping with these sweet friends of ours for 5 years now. And to celebrate, Emily and John had T-shirts made! Yes I’m pregnant, but when she gave them to us I totally burst into tears. You can re-live some of our camping experiences here:

This 5th year was one for the books. First of all, we had to reschedule this weekend not once, but twice. In the middle of wedding season! So it’s a small miracle it even happened, but we held out for our perfect record for perfect weather. (The first reason we rescheduled was because the forecast was saying it’d be in the 30’s at night. NO thank you very much.)

June and Milly did such a great job sleeping through the night (hallelujah), going with the flow (i.e. napping during our hikes!), and making each other laugh. They were literally the cutest, and nothing makes me happier than the fact we’re raising little girls who love to camp.
